Five days the week I have to do my practices. The traings time varies beetween 30 and 15 minutes, but especially short sessions are such exhausting. We are still members of a fitness club, but it just takes too much time to go to the gym. We need around 15 minutes by car to reach the gym. The trainings takes around 45 – 60 minutes, showering, changing clothes without starting to sweat again 30 minutes. So we need around two hours to have a simple training.

I have started the programme B.L.S.. It is about getting more muscles and a better definition. I do not have problems with my figure, but for real, I want to make my body more tough. So it begins…
